Four steps, and only the first two involve you at all.
1. We connect to your call platform. Dialtruth reads from your Retreaver account using your own API key, which stays encrypted and is never shown to anyone. Nothing is copied or stored elsewhere — every lookup asks your account directly, so what a publisher sees is always current.
2. Your buyers' reports go into one sheet. You already paste these somewhere. Point us at that sheet and we match each row to the call it came from, filling in which publisher sent it and which of your numbers they used.
3. Publishers get a private link. They sign themselves up once by entering their publisher ID, one of the numbers you gave them, and a caller ID from their own traffic. Guessing a publisher ID gets nobody in.
4. That is it. No software for them to install, no logins to manage, nothing for you to send out each week.
Networks running traffic through Retreaver, with more than a handful of publishers and at least one buyer who sends reports back. If you are spending time each week turning call data into spreadsheets for other people, this replaces that job.
